Long-Overdue

The Captain is back.

Still your rapid hearts. It took years of melancholic brooding, months of empire assembly, and even a couple weeks of chasing rumors through the haunted hills of southern Tacoma but at long last the Captain has come back to port.
I'd be delighted to indulge the narcassim that is blogging but I'll opt instead to deliver a rousing summary.
The last true transmission from the Captain's Cabin came around the same time that I decided to stall the seafaring life in order to return to my cousin and his girlfriend (who had previously been my girlfriend before the whole "me pretending to be engaged debacle").*
Not too long after I made an honest attempt at remaining in one location for long enough to make a difference. This project included, but was not limited to, me becoming a president of an honor society, almost getting arrested, working at a Wendy's, and yes managing a restaurant duly dubbed "The Catacombs."
From that point on I burned the metaphorical shackle of adulthood and embraced the Peter Pan lifestyle with a risky endeavor as a Solo-Performer.
And succeeded.
However, unsatisfied by the successful and sedentary lifestyle I grabbed my love and we embarked on the voyage known as
Korea.
-Act II-
*Disclaimer: If you find convoluted love octagons confounding then you should not read this blog as it will far surpass your reading ability as well as what you consider good taste.
